I just want to tell you that you have a gem of an employee on your hands. Tom Barlow is wonderful to work with. I have great confidence in him, he is courteous, and always a pleasure to see when he arrives. I've also always had a great experience with any of your techs that I have occasion to talk with on the phone. Congratulations on a wonderful staff!

Switching to our new phone system, I love the new phone system. [A]fter a day or two of Rich helping us out I think we have it under control, and so much better then what we were using before!

[One of the biggest benefits of hiring Just Solutions for us has been] having a professional company available to solve our IT problems. With the remote access ability it is like having our own IT team here in the office.

I am worry free since we signed up for the offsite backup service. We are a small not-for-profit organization and do not have the funds available to invest in a server where all files can be saved and backed up so having the remote/offsite back up service is perfect for us not to mention it saves us time and it’s safer for our data should there be a fire or computer crash.

The transition from our previous service company to Just Solutions, and the switch from or old server to the new one, happened without a glitch. Our downtime was minimal and we were fully functional as promised.

Ease of service, No one likes to have service but when you do it’s nice to have it done fast and efficiently.

My old computer hard drive failed and I had all of my financial information (person-Quicken and business-Quickbooks) on that computer. They were both old versions. Your staff was able to transfer all of the information to my new programs. I cannot tell you how happy I am. In addition, your staff was extremely patient with my worries about the whole process.

Not two weeks ago. I put a help ticket in [with] Rich and Tom. They picked my computer up at the end of the day Wednesday and I had it back Thursday AM restored to its former glory.

Nick was trying to upload a program that Tim had purchased though Just Solutions, he found there was a problem with our server, he called Tim right away and schedule an in office appointment for the next morning. Nick stayed here, worked around our needs and got the problem fixed with no upset to Tim!

All said and done this is the BEST experience I’ve had with getting and setting up a new computer.

When I first had to use Lightscribe- brand new to me. The help desk and Tom were very patient and helpful. Made learning that small program very easy.

John did a great job today. He's a quality guy. Courteous and helpful, and more importantly, detail oriented, insightful, and conscientious, requiring minimal supervision. He knew what to do, and I caught him, apparently checking every facet of his work carefully and diligently. He even swept up and took out the trash after; --a class act.
