David Wolf

General Manager

As the General Manager, David Wolf is a technology consultant and serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. David attended the Rochester Institute of Technology and enjoys using his technical expertise to help fellow small business owners get the most out of their IT. His previous experience includes positions as President at Vivatron Corporation and a Senior Systems Analyst at Unisys, making him both the business and technology expert our loyal clients rely on. Away from the office, David's hobbies include scouting, photography and skiing. He also enjoys volunteering his time with Kiwanis International, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Temple Sinai.

Dave J. Ondra

Divisional Manager

As the Divisional Manager at JUST SOLUTIONS, Dave Ondra specializes in monochrome & full color photocopiers, print & document management, document imaging (scanning), laser printers and supplies inventory management. Dave attended Monroe Community College, as well as Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and the US Navy Nuclear Power School. His achievements include being Xerox PagePack 3.0 Certified, as well as becoming a multi-year member of the Konica Minolta elite AIM HIGH CLUB. With 15 years of sales experience under his belt, Dave is the professional our company counts on for business and technical expertise. When he's away from the office, Dave serves as Deacon at Palmyra Reformed Church, is a USSF certified soccer referee and NY State high school referee. He also has two adult children, Denae & Brendan, who both reside in Virginia.

Thomas Barlow

Senior Solutions Engineer

Thomas Barlow supports our clients' PCs, servers and networks by installing and maintaining their hardware & software and providing them with helpdesk services to when they need computer assistance. His many technical certifications include: CompTia A+, CompTia Network+, Certified Novell Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Certified SonicWall Security Administrator, Cisco Small Business Engineer, Allworx VOIP Phones and LifeSize Video Conferencing. He has eight years of IT industry experience, and has previously worked as a level 3 support technician and deskside support specialist, making him a valuable asset to our clients and our company.

Rich Austin

Senior Solutions Engineer

At JUST SOLUTIONS, Rich Austin specializes in everything. No really, everything. For example, he supports our clients' PCs, servers and networks by installing and maintaining their critical hardware and software, as well as providing helpdesk services to our users and clients. With 16 years of experience, an Associates Degree in Computer Science and certifications as both a Microsoft Certified Professional and Cisco Small Business Engineer, Rich is the technical expert our loyal clients depend on for reliable IT service and support. When he's away from the office, Rich enjoys PC and console gaming and cheering on the Miami Dolphins.

Nicholas J. Sanzotta

Senior Solutions Engineer

Nicholas Sanzotta's expertise at JUST SOLUTIONS lies in network administration, Microsoft small business server, VMware ESXi virtualization, and virus and malware removal. Nicholas is fluent in Microsoft XP, Windows 7, Microsoft SBS (2003, 2008, 2011) & Ubuntu Linux. His wide range of technical expertise is backed up by his numerous certifications, including: A+, Network +, CSSA (Certified Sonicwall Security Administrator), Allworx Certified Professional (ACP) and OSWP (Offensive Security Wireless Professional). He is also currently working toward becoming an Offensive Security Certified Professional. With five years of IT industry experience, Nicholas offers the technical expertise our valued clients can truly depend on.

Matthew Williams

Solutions Technician

As a Solutions Technician for JUST SOLUTIONS, Matthew Williams' expertise lies in PC repair and troubleshooting, as well as mobile devices. Matthew is a 2010 Palmyra-Macedon graduate, as well as a member of the National Technical Honor Society. He is currently attending Finger Lakes Community College to study Information Technology and has two years of IT industry experience behind him.

Zachary Hinchcliffe

Solutions Technician

Zach came on board with the Just Solutions crew in October. He has been extremely busy answering to all of your computer and service needs. Zachary brings a wealth of technical knowledge to our team. He is CompTIA A+ certified and studied Software Engineering at Monroe Community College. In his spare time he enjoys cooking a delightful meal, snuggling up by a cozy fire, and long talks over wine.

Steven Wexler

Account Manager

Steven Wexler brings our team nearly 20 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development and technical product support. Steven grew up in the Park Avenue area in Rochester and holds a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo. His experience includes sales and diverse positions with world leading companies including Bausch & Lomb and Verizon Wireless.

Steven was a volunteer EMT with Brighton Volunteer Ambulance for 15 years, where he held many positions including a member of the Board of Directors and Operations staff. Steven got married to his wife Kristen in September 2011 at Casa Larga Vineyards. In his free time, he enjoys watching the Buffalo Bills play, Fantasy Football, walking and going to the casino.

Katie Beckwith

Assistant Account Manager

Katie Beckwith is a tech-savvy professional who specializes in CRM systems, sales, customer service, client communications and efficient office management for both B2C and B2B environments. A former assistant store manager, senior account executive, customer service manager and sales administrator, Katie is a trusted colleague with experience our clients can count on. Katie attended St. John Fisher College and has earned a great deal of awards and recognition over the years for her professional successes in both sales and customer service.

Colin Mahoney

Tech Support

Having recently joined JUST SOLUTIONS as a Tech Support professional, Colin provides Tier 1 technical support to our clients and responds to the help desk tickets by solving various IT issues. Colin attended Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science. He has over 16 years of the industry experience under his belt, having previously worked in various IT positions for Kodak, Nortel Networks and other companies. Colin is proficient in a number of programming languages (C, C++, C#, .NET, Perl, SQL, Modula-2, Pascal, LISP, HTML, XML) and all operating systems. His skills also include Intel, AMD, HP, SUN, Cisco and Mac hardware installation, maintenance and repair.

Mark Rich

Internet Solutions Consultant

As the Internet Solutions Consultant for [company_short], Mark Rich is in charge of heading up the company's online marketing and communications campaigns. In 2010, he obtained his MBA from the University of Western Sydney. Since then, Mark has worked primarily in the Internet marketing industry where he specializes in Search Engine Optimization. He is currently the proud owner of 2 businesses, XtraSpark Media, a full service digital marketing agency dedicated to providing integrated solutions to businesses that wish to leverage the full power of the Internet, and iBuyRochester.com, a real estate investment firm specializing in raising private capital, wholesaling and mortgage assumptions. Away from the office, Mark enjoys making films. His latest project is a "how-to" soccer film which measures the perceptual differences between elite, average, and novice soccer players using the latest in sports tracking technology.
